China will attempt to lead the world on climate change with a totally fraudulent stand on carbon emissions.
How will China do this?
The first move was pretending that they are going to take $50 billion worth of natural gas from Australia. This will reflect well as far as carbon counts for the December climate conference, along with the postponing of three aluminium smelters. Closer look at the latter circumstances shows they have been postponed for three years.
