CIA agents and the Jihadist suicide bombers have read the same literature. Some of the below has to be familiar to those following the immature revenge takers:

It's the pledge from Huckleberry Finn that allowed the kids to join Tom Sawyers gang. Given the threats from the CIA torturers and the Jihadists ( We will kill your family). Tom's gang members were to fall on merchants and kill them and take their goods. You see at some time or other immature kids do fantsise in that way. It's just that adults these days are really kids - they grow up much later.
