Bill GreenBurma's military government overjoyed at governing less people

The Burmese military junta is using all the tricks of an oppressive totalitarian regime to prevent their people being saved. Foreign aid workers are being given fraudulent paperwork that specifies they can pass roadblocks and attend any disaster areas in which they could be of help. They leave the nightmare bureaucracy hopeful that they will be able to help, and that the paperwork will allow them to help people. No such luck. They are frustrated at every term by Burma's quite inhuman army who have been trained in civilian murder and oppression.
The Burmese government is overjoyed at the prospect of governing less people. If only the international media would tell the story the way it is. The Burmese government should be exposed for its blatant callousness and brutality. It's very much like genocide of its own people. This has to be a new concept.
