SEA SHEPHERD ATTACK BY JAPANESE WAS "ATTEMPTED MURDER."
January 7th 2010 01:32
"Attempted murder" is the charge that should be leveled at the Japanese whaling ship that cut the Sea Shepherd's speed boat in half. To term it just "a vicious attack" as the media is doing is allowing the fleet to up its aggressive behavior.
The Australian government and Peter Garret are displaying their lack of fortitude in not pursuing an act in their waters which is akin to piracy.
Where has the real Australia disappeared?

QUOTE ME NO QUOTES!
not sure how the attempted murder idea would go in court, but, they must surely be in breach of a number of international maritime laws.
I wrote a piece on it myself today, link here
