ORBLE BROKE THE STORY OF PAKISTAN BEING THE REAL DANGER

April 13th 2009 01:48
At last the media has named Pakistan the real terrorist state. Today The Australian carried it on page one. Afghanistan is being kept on the boil because America is undecided on how to contain Pakistan, the nuclear state. As two thirds of Pakistan is Taliban you get the idea. This blog has been banging away for sometime about the danger of Pakistan and not allowing the world to recognise where the real danger lies.

Their middle-order has always been a bit suspect, every rocket-scientist knows.

YOU'RE RIGHT NORM, IT WAS JUST THAT THE MEDIA (OR ANYONE) WAS RELUCTANT TO TELL US THAT THE WAR SHOULD BE WITH PAKISTAN TERRORISTS.

THE MOB IN POWER IN AFGHANISTAN ARE ALREADY FALLING IN LINE WITH THE TALIBAN. THEY NOW HAVE LEGISLATION ALLOWING HUSBANDS TO RAPE WIVES AND TO IMPRISON THEM IN THE HOUSE. SO MUCH FOR OUR EFFORT THERE.

very interesting...

of course, it does follow suit, the US has not taken on a match in power, nuclear or otherwise, for some time, maybe since WW2??

I think the sh@t will hit the fan between India and Pakistan, way before anyone else tries anything.

I guess, all it will take is the right sort of hothead to be in the position of power in government..

cheers

you are so misled it is unbelievable.
two third of Pakistan taliban?? Are you feeling okay? Have you ever been there or are you a tabloid reader?
Pakistan has sacrificed so much for this so called american war - civilian and military - they should've just done a deal with the afghanistani taliban for peace in Pakistan. I wonder who supplies weapons to taliban - may be you should look into this to find out some answers and open your mind and vision a little more - this blog is for naive people.

Sorry open mind but Musharaff received hundreds of millions of dollars to fight the Taliban but he never did (he was frightened of the Taliban). Of course America trained and armed the Taliban to fight the Russians, and arms for Pakistan army - purchased by America - ended up with the Taliban.

Hey, and just what were they sacrificing before the Americans started bombing their civilians. killing their children?

Of course now conventional MEDIA HAVE RECOGNISED that Pakistan is the problem but no one wants to take them on because if they lose the Taliban will be in control of a nuclear state.

Oh, and they didn't do a deal with the Taliban because they wanted American money for their private coffers.

thanks for the "insight" but do you know how american and indian weapons have "ended up with taliban" as you put it - Talibans are being suppllied by Americans and Indian as part of their strategy to break Pakistan and to control extensive natural resources of Pakistan - not to mention strategic geographical position that Pakistan is in.
Talibans are also doing deals with Americans in Afghanistan - and then you hear " we dont do deals with the terrorists". They dont say but the sentence probably ends with "as long as our people are not dying and poor third world people are dying".
Regarding the money that Pakistan got - it HAS been spent on war - Is Pakistan not fighting a war for the west. Were Taliban Pakistan's enemy before Pakistan was forced in this war. 2000 Pakistani soldiers have died, 2000 civilian dead, thousands injured - thats thousands of families destroyed.
Like you said, money has gone in private coffers but that's the way west has always dealt in third world - bribes - and like this you make people used to taking bribes - which is the biggest problem in the third world.
But if powerful countries want peace, they can negotiate it in no time - but then who will buy all the weapons - who will pay interest on loans - who will control natural resources in the third world???
People in Pakistan want peace. They dont have luxurious lives like people in rich country - beleive me, food and clean water is a luxury for many over there. They have suffered enough - so please dont call them terrorist.

Sure open mind, I'm impressed with most of your discussion but I did want to say that the war with Afghanistan is pointless and the west were too frightened to take on Pakistan except by stealth. That way the western media had no idea of the situation.

To be honest with you Bill, if you ask people in Pakistan where they think osama is, they will reply, probably in the white house. People dont trust taliban and they definitely dont trust america. After all who created the taliban and coined the term mujahadeen.
One question that Pakistani journalists have asked India and America but it is not aired outside Pakistan as it is censored! The question is, why are there hundreds of Indian embassies in Afghanistan when there is hardly any trade, no Indian citizens in Afghanistan, no tourism? The reason you open an embassy is for your citizens in that country and for diplomatic ties. But to have hundreds of embassies is suspicious. And the reason is spying, funding and arming talibans, causing attacks in Pakistan and creating unstability in Pakistan. I cant understand how these people call themselves human - both talibans and those who fund killers in any country whether it is taliban or IRA - perhaps Pakistan should negotiate a deal and bring them to parliament as well.
Pakistan does not want a war with anyone - taliban, india or west.
